Dcompress has been part of the San Diego community since 2009.  We’re a woman-owned, independent wellness studio in Little Italy built around a pretty simple idea: great bodywork is personal.

We’re not a chain, and we’re not a clinical office.  We’re the comfortable spot in between, a place where you can get serious relief, completely unwind, and work with people who actually get to know you and your body over time.

Come in for targeted therapeutic work, hot stone, Ashiatsu, a couples escape or even our cult-favorite Pink Floyd Experience.  However you like your massage, our goal is the same: help you feel better, move better and genuinely enjoy the process.

And because feeling good shouldn’t be a once-a-year luxury, our free membership makes regular massage and skin care more affordable.  We also accept HSA and FSA cards and can provide detailed receipts for insurance reimbursement.
